Responsibilities:
•Engage with Customers: Greet and assist customers in-store or online, understanding their needs and providing product recommendations and information.
•Achieve Sales Targets: Proactively sell products and services to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
•Provide Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
•Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and build loyalty.
•Handle Customer Inquiries and Complaints: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Assist with Visual Merchandising: Help maintain store displays and visual merchandising to ensure products are presented attractively and in line with brand standards.
•Process Transactions: Efficiently process customer transactions, including cash and card payments, returns, and exchanges, following company policies and procedures.
•Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth sales process and a positive customer experience.
•Stay Updated on Market Trends: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations and stay competitive.
Minimum Qualification:
•High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
•1+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
•Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
